Presly

Hello everyone I’m Presly Wilkie, owner of First Choice Handyman! I come from a background in welding, high performance engine machining, and also worked at Michels Utility Services. We bought our first home just over a year ago and started updating it (needed quite a bit of work) and lucky enough at that time I was still working for Michels so every winter I would get laid off. After seeing what I could really do fixing things around our home I kind of had a feeling that this was what I was wanting to do with my life, so our friend Adam Tafel – Updown Property Sales told me I needed to start doing this full time and not to go back to Michels, and that is what I did! I started this company with the help of my wife Kelsey and my brother Darius and have not looked back! But if it weren’t for them I don’t think I would be anywhere near where I’m at today! My wife and I have been married for just over a year, but have been together for a lot longer than that.

Hi I’m Kelsey, Presly’s wife! I come from a background in Real Estate and Property Management. This last fall I took a step back from Real Estate and started handling all the office stuff for Presly. I’ve loved watching this business grow and being a part of it has been so rewarding. Presly and I are both from a small town in North Dakota (He lived in the metro area a little bit growing up), but moved down here to really have a better life and experience new things that our small town Wahpeton did offer!

Darius

Hi ! My name is Darius and I have been working for first choice handyman for just about a year now. It’s been very fun for me because I have always been a hands-on learner, and always have loved to solve problems and fix things to make everyone’s day to day life better. Things to know about me. First off, from day one I have been a big vikings fan and love to watch and play football. Football has been a very big part of my life. When I did play football I was set as one of four captains on the team and have always been a learner on and off the field. secondly I love to work on cars, I have an 1989 Foxbody Mustang and a Ford Focus st.
